Harbourview
was designed with extensive balcony
spaces. The wooden and glass railings
of the original design had deteriorated
quite badly and had contributed
to the structural damage discovered
within the balcony assemblies.
Our focus was to make the balconies
serviceable to the Owners and easy
to maintain. The stepped design
of the balconies made water run
off control an issue. Rainwater
gutters at each floor level were
incorporated into the design.
