Bellevue
West located in West Vancouver was
a complete remediation project where
the existing stucco was replaced
with new on a rainscreen assembly.
New aluminium framed windows were
installed and the balconies were
protected with a two ply SBS membrane
with concrete paving stones as the
walking surface.
